Refund policy
1. Unused Returns
- Subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- A Return Form is required.
- Buyers bear shipping costs.
- Returns processed after inspection for damages.
- Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of product receipt.
2. Returns with Fitment/Installation
- Can be returned within 30 days without damages, but incur a 15% restocking fee.
- If powder-coated items have scratches/cracks, an additional 10% re-coating fee applies.
3. Used Products
- No returns after 30 days unless under warranty.
- Warranty claims evaluated per manufacturer policy.
4. Order Cancellation
- 10% processing fee deducted for cancellations due to non-refundable credit card processing and merchant fees.
5. Built-to-Order Items
- Items like bumpers, underbody protection and roof rack can't be cancelled/refunded after 72 hours post-purchase.
- No exceptions on returns.
6. Return Process
- Contact for RMA Form.
- Include RMA Form in return shipment.
7. Issues
- Notify within 5 business days of order receipt for any problems.
- After 5 days, no responsibility for expedited shipping.
8. Lost/Damaged Items
- Report damage within 30 days of product receipt.
- If item not received but has a tracking number, notify within 30 days for insurance claim.
- Claims not valid after 30 days.
